"I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with this State Farm office. Customer service is awful—there is one particular agent who answers the phone (the very rare times they actually answer the phone) that is rude and passive-aggressive. Most of the time, they don’t answer the phone at all or return your calls. It’s incredibly frustrating and disappointing, especially when you need help with something regarding your car insurance. I wouldn’t recommend this particular State Farm office to anyone."

There was a concern I had that seemed confusing to me, and I had allowed my concern to trouble me. Well, again I did not read the email correctly.
